Class and Appointment Schedule during Covid-19

Everything is by zoom for now…..

Getting the Most out of your Zoom classes:

  1.  Prior to class get in touch with me and tell me what you’re working with.  You will be asked to complete a health questionnaire  so I know what you are presenting with.  This is not a a one system works for all process.  Everyone has unique challenges and abilities and you want to have a successful outcome that can only come by meeting yourself  where you are currently at and building on from there.
  2. Make sure you have a comfortable space around you clear of obstructions.  Have enough room to take your arms out to the side, to lay down with legs stretched out.  Have a chair with no arms to sit upon and a block/book 4″ high to sit upon.  We do these practices seated, standing, kneeling,  and laying down.  If you cannot get up and down off the floor, set up in your bedroom so you can use your bed.  Make sure your floor support is soft.  Use a yoga mat, a soft carpet or similar.  No lying on hard and sharp surfaces!  Bring a few pillows and a blanket.
  3. Set up your computer/ipad or phone up so you can easily see the screen and so I can also see you.  I can create a process more effective and applicable to you when I watch you.  If I can’t see you, I won’t be able to make suggestions for you to refine your actions, again, to get the best result.   Turn the volume up on your device so you can hear all instruction.
  4. And lastly, be honest about what you’re experiencing.  Be open to exploring.  Be curious!  I’m so happy to work with those who have a sincere desire to enjoy positive and wholesome change.  Welcome aboard!
